City ID Group

City ID Group works with a highly distinctive concept: our hotels include apartments. Apartments in which our guests stay longer and can feel truly at home. Apartments with all the luxuries and comforts of a full-service hotel. Through this we have created a strong and lasting partnership with business and governments, which means we are not dependent on tourism and tourist seasons. This approach has resulted in a high occupancy rate and high ratings.

We employ the latest technologies to provide a tailored service that we continually refine. We are a learning organization that openly and quickly leverages new opportunities. And as entrepreneurs we are eager to lead the way when it comes to sustainability and the consciousness of our staff. That entrepreneurial spirit has won us the World Travel Award prize for “Leading Serviced Apartments Company The Netherlands” three times in a row for our Amsterdam ID Aparthotel location (2013, 2014 and 2015). Our other two brands are A-partments (Residential Short Stay) and City ID Suites.

To ensure the highest quality throughout, we take the greatest possible care in everything we do, we work with reputable international partners, and we also work with local partners, especially where sustainability is involved (the supply of raw materials and local produce) and knowledge of the neighbourhoods in which we establish our hotels.

The strong growth we are experiencing means we plan to open a further three to five locations in Amsterdam in the near future. We are also aiming at international expansion, and so have formed strategic alliances with investors, banks, construction companies and architects.

Boot & Co

City ID Group is proud to announce to be the winner of the tender for the development, realisation and exploitation of the innovative hotel concept Boot & Co that will be built in the Amsterdam Houthaven district. The hotel has been designed by Kollhoff Architects and is a wonderful homage to the architectural style of the Amsterdam School. The hotel will be decorated by Martin Brudnizki Design Studio in London.

Boot & Co will be an environmentally sustainable hotel that is clearly linked to the area history and has 84 spacious apartments. Boot & Co also has a luxury spa & fitness, a refreshing swimming pool and a restaurant that offers a pleasant and inviting atmosphere which will make it an inspiring place to stay, meet and play for both locals and visitors of the Houthaven area and the hotel.

Construction of the Boot & Co hotel is due to start mid-2017 and should be finalized the by the beginning of 2019.
